Payment and Refund Policy

1. Purpose & Scope
This Policy explains the payment terms, taxes, security measures, and refund conditions applicable to purchases of downloadable prompt files (“Digital Content”) offered on https://prompt-place.com (the “Site”) by SECUREPAY SYSTEMS LTD (“SECUREPAY”, “we”, “us”). The Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We may add or remove payment methods without prior notice; the checkout page always shows the current options.
3. Pricing, Currency & Taxes
● All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR); you are charged in EUR or the card-issuer equivalent. The Site lists prompt prices from ~€10–€24 .
● UK VAT (or other applicable sales tax) is included unless stated otherwise. Business customers must supply a valid VAT or tax ID where required; reverse-charge mechanisms apply to EU-based businesses outside the UK.
● Exchange-rate differences or fees charged by your bank or card issuer are your responsibility.
4. Order Confirmation & Settlement
4.1 A binding contract is formed when we e-mail your order confirmation and the Site displays the download link.
4.2 Payment is captured in full at checkout (or on invoice due date for bank transfers).
4.3 If a payment is declined or later reversed, we may suspend access to the Digital Content until the outstanding amount is settled.
5. Security & Fraud Prevention
● Transactions are encrypted with TLS 1.2+ and processed by audited PSPs; SECUREPAY never receives full card PAN or CVV.
● We employ automated and manual fraud-screening. Suspicious orders may be cancelled and refunded to comply with AML, sanctions, or card-scheme rules.
6. Consumer Right to Withdraw (Digital Content)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive, Consumers may withdraw from a digital-content purchase within 14 days provided the download has not started .
● At checkout you must tick a box confirming you request immediate supply and waive the 14-day right once the file download begins.
● If you do not download or access the file, you retain the right to cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund.
7. Refunds & Returns

8. How to Request a Refund
1. E-mail info@prompt-place.com from your purchase e-mail, quoting order ID and reason.
2. We will acknowledge within 2 Working Days and may request additional information (e.g., screenshots of error).
3. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method; processing times by banks/PayPal are outside our control.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension and licence revocation pending investigation.
10. Processing Fees
We do not deduct administrative fees from approved refunds. However, non-EU cross-border card or PayPal fees charged to us for the original transaction are non-refundable by the PSP and may therefore be excluded from the refund amount.
11. Currency Fluctuation
Refunds are issued in EUR. If your bank account/card is in another currency, exchange-rate movements between purchase and refund dates may cause a variance; SECUREPAY is not liable for such differences.
12. Updates to This Policy
We may amend this Policy periodically. The version published on the Site at the time of purchase governs that transaction; material changes will be signposted on-site and, where feasible, by e-mail.
